  2.   Internet Cleaner: the License
  3.   ====================================

  5.   The Internet Cleaner is "try-before-you-buy" software.
  6.   This means:

  8.   - NeoWeb Software, inc. exclusively owns all copyrights
  9.     to Internet Cleaner.
  10.  
  11.   - Anyone may use this software during a test period of
  12.     30 days. Following this test period of 30 days or less,
  13.     if you wish to continue to use Internet Cleaner,
  14.     you MUST register.
  15.  
  16.   - Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive
  17.     license to use Internet Cleaner on one computer
  18.     (i.e. a single CPU), for any legal purpose, at a time.
  19.     The registered Internet Cleaner software may not
  20.     be rented or leased but may be permanently transferred,
  21.     if the person receiving it agrees to terms of this license.

  23.   - The Internet Cleaner unregistered evaluation version
  24.     may be freely distributed, if the distribution package is
  25.     not modified. No person or company may charge a fee for
  26.     the distribution of Internet Cleaner without written
  27.     permission from the copyright holder.

  29.   - Internet Cleaner IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY
  30.     OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN
  31.     RISK. THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES,
  32.     LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR
  33.     MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

  35.   - You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell,
  36.     modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer,
  37.     or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the
  38.     licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement.
  39.     Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and
  40.     automatic termination of this license and may result in
  41.     criminal and/or civil prosecution.

  43.   NeoWeb Software, inc. reserves all rights not expressly granted here.

  46.   - Installing and using Internet Cleaner signifies
  47.     acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license.

  49.   - If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must
  50.     remove Internet Cleaner files from your storage
  51.     devices and cease to use the product.
